Vision Commercial is seeking to hire an administrative assistant to assist our Executive Administrator and Leads Coordinator in daily tasks. This would be a full-time position with a potential to work from home, although occasional time in one of our 4 offices may be required. Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Managing social media post
- Taking phone calls
- Data Entry
- Creating or reviewing marketing brochures
- Assisting our EA with managing online marketing platforms
- Assisting our EA with various administrative projects
Qualifications include
- Highschool Diploma – Some college preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with a desktop publishing programs such as Microsoft Publisher, Adobe In-Design or Photoshop
- Customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with various social media platforms
- General knowledge of real estate is preferred
