Administrative Assistant

Vision Commercial is seeking to hire an administrative assistant to assist our Executive Administrator and Leads Coordinator in daily tasks.  This would be a full-time position with a potential to work from home, although occasional time in one of our 4 offices may be required.  Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Managing social media post
  • Taking phone calls
  • Data Entry
  • Creating or reviewing marketing brochures
  • Assisting our EA with managing online marketing platforms
  • Assisting our EA with various administrative projects

Qualifications include

  • Highschool Diploma – Some college preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with a desktop publishing programs such as Microsoft Publisher, Adobe In-Design or Photoshop
  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms
  • General knowledge of real estate is preferred
