Vision Commercial was founded in 2011 and is now one of the largest growing commercial real estate firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. From start-up small businesses looking for their first location to global investors, national retailers, and landlords, there is no client too big or too small.

Vision Commercial was created after founder Roger Smeltzer noticed a lack of other commercial firms that were putting their client’s first. Marketing platforms were stagnant by only putting up a sign and posting a listing on LoopNet. Commission splits were too top-down only favoring the broker. Agents were focusing on quantity of listings rather than quality of relationships. Agents weren’t doing all they could do to truly serve the best interests of their clients.
