FORT WORTH - September 10, 2024 – Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Director Gloria Castilleja recently completed a lease transaction at 1721 Cimarron Trail, in Hurst, TX.

This past month, Freddie Carlos signed a lease on the 3,742 square foot space, joining Skin Lab Med Spa. The property is located near Tarrant County College and between Medical Center North Hills and Texas Health Harris Methodist HEB.

Carlos is planning to use the space as a dentistry that is tentatively set to open in January of next year.

In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord.
