- August 22, 2024 – Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Managing
Director Zach Boatwright completed two lease transactions at 513 W Jefferson St
in Grand Prairie, TX – Los Malcriados Ice Creams Pelateri and Clinica Medical.
This
past January, Los Malcriados Ice Creams Paleteri gained possession of the 1,108
square foot space. Los Malcriados Ice Creams Paleteri offers Hispanic sweet
candies, ice cream, fruit juice, and a grill, and is tentatively set to open
August 26.
At
the end of July, Clinica Hispana renewed their lease to stay in their 2,276 square
foot space through April 2029. Clinica Hispana is a bilingual medical clinic.
This
shopping center also houses Tiny Bubbles Laundromat, Discount Liquor, One Stop Shop, Clair De Lune, and Legacy Barbershop and is near an
El Rio Grande Latin Market, Grand Prairie City Hall, Grand Prairie Parks Arts
and Recreation Department, and Grand Prairie Municipal Court.
In
both lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord.
