FORT WORTH - September 10, 2024 – Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Director Jack Sclafani and Partner Barrett England recently completed a lease transaction at Glade Parks in Euless, TX.

This past July, Milkshake Factory signed a lease on the 1,400 square foot property, joining Dillas Quesadillas, Auntie Anne’s, Kura Sushi, Piada Italian Street Food, and Cava. Glade Parks is also home to Target, HomeGoods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and more. HEB is coming next year to the south side of Glade Parks, too!

Milkshake Factory is a desert destination known for its handspun milkshakes and premium chocolates, and this location is tentatively set to open in Summer 2025.

In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the tenant, Milkshake Factory, while the landlord was represented by Executive Vice President Jim Jamerson and Vice President Bretley Roche with Segovia Partners.
