Vision Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Molly MacEwan, Director at Vision Commercial, recently completed three lease negotiations at 1101 N. Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, TX, to bring the center to 100% leased.

With 661 SF, Suite 113 will now be home to Kirby & Vacuum Service Supplies, a retail store that helps repair vacuums and provides needed supplies. It joins co-tenants: Flexible Staffing, Commandment Cuts & Styles, and Subway. Kirby & Vaccum Service Supplies is now open for business. This deal was completed with Michael Jones, President, of Franchise Real Estate Group.

In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord while the lessee was represented by Franchise Real Estate Group.

Flexible Staffing will also join the center in Suite 131. With 1,629 SF, the staffing company will use the space as an office. Flexible Staffing is also open for business!

In the third lease, K5 Logistics will now be occupying Suite 111 and will use the 1,355 SF space as a coffee and ice cream shop.
