Grapevine Centre is fully leased and features an exceptional tenant mix, including longstanding partners such as Petco (29 years), JoAnn’s (14 years), Dollar Tree (10 years), Angels Attic (6 years), and Harbor Freight (2 years). Strategically located near Target and adjacent to popular establishments like Jason’s Deli and Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, the property serves as a thriving hub for the community.
