FORT WORTH, TX – Tuesday, November 7, 2023 – Vision Commercial Capital Group (VCCG) is proud to announce its newest acquisition – Pecan Creek Medical Park - a 3-acre tract at 731 Zena Rucker Road in Southlake. David Spina, Director of Investment Sales with Vision Commercial, represented the seller and Roger Smeltzer, Jr, founder of Vision Commercial and VCCG represented the buyer.

VCCG will break ground in Q4 of 2023 with shell delivery in 2024 of the 22,000 SF medical condo project. Pecan Creek Medical Park is ideally located just west of the intersection of Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue within walking distance of the popular Southlake Town Square, Shops at Southlake, and Park Village. The site is strategically located minutes from Methodist Southlake Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Trophy Club and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Grapevine.

Two 11,000 square foot buildings will be delivered Summer 2024, with space ranging from 2,500 SF to 11,000 SF, available for purchase or lease opportunities. Vision Commercial agents Barrett England and Jack Sclafani are handling the lease/sale of the condo buildings.
