Richardson, TX – August 15, 2025 — Vision Commercial Real Estate, led by Director Randy Scott, has leased three spaces at City Line Business Center, located at 1411 E Campbell Rd and 2050 N Plano Rd in Richardson, Texas. In recent months, the firm has leased nearly half of the property’s space, with a few units still available.

Amir Oud Fragrance expanded from 6,547 SF to 9,540 SF with the addition of a 2,993 SF space, enhancing its in-store experience and fragrance customization offerings. The space is expected to open September 1.

Groundworks Dance Company leased 4,219 SF at 2050 N Plano Rd, offering dance classes and related services.

A water store also signed a lease for 780 SF, adding another unique service to the center.

Recent additions further boosting the tenant mix include All Nations Church (1,926 SF), co-brokered with George Ndegwa of Andrew Arroyo Real Estate; Crowned Glory hair braiding (795 SF), co-brokered with Fatouma Diakite of DHS Realty; and TCG Warehouse Club (1,267 SF).

The center also hosts Richardson Bar and Grill and Dallas Beauty Bar, creating a vibrant, well-rounded mix of tenants.
