Vision Commercial Capital Group purchased the property at 2050 N Plano Road in July 2022, and made nearly $1 million dollars of  major improvements to the 75,000 SF business center, including exterior painting, landscaping upgrades, roof replacement, re-striping of the parking lot, and upgrades to the common areas.

Since January of 2023, Vision Commercial Real Estate has completed 15,925 SF of new leases and 13,872 SF of lease renewals. Some of the notable leases include a blood testing lab of 2,993 SF, a T-shirt printing company of 2,653 SF, a fitness center of 2,650 SF and an event center of 2,000 SF. In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial agent Randy Scott represented the landlord.

The center sits near the intersection of N. Plano Road and E. Campbell Road, just one mile from US 75. Currently, there are 10 unoccupied spaces totaling 13,549 SF at the property.
