Barrett England joined Vision Commercial Real Estate in 2013. Barrett came to Vision Commercial Real Estate after eight years in Commercial Lending with community banks. He specialized in market analysis and finance procurement for his diverse client base, ranging from local businesses to multimillion dollar companies. His lending experience included both conventional and SBA financing with several different client types.

Since joining Vision, Barrett has provided unparalleled service to both landlords and tenants, in retail and office developments. He has had success working with landlords to design a marketing platform that has brought the properties / developments to 100% leased and/or sold. With his banking background, he has a unique understanding of the numbers behind the project and can help ensure a leasing strategy is in place that maximizes the future sales price.

Barrett has also found great success in working with several various tenants. While Barrett works with a great number of established concepts, several of his clients are new to this market and are building a leasing strategy for multiple franchisees and locations. Barrett is passionate about working with his client to implement a strategy that maximizes their location search and leasing process. Barrett lives with his wife, Courtney, in Keller and they are proud parents of their son, Colin. He and his family attend Gateway Church at the North Fort Worth Campus. Barrett is a graduate of Baylor University (2004), with a degree in Management/Entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the NTCAR, ICSC, CIB Network, Baylor Business Network, and has served on the Steer Fort Worth, Urban Development Committee. In addition to achieving great results for his real estate clients, Barrett enjoys time with his family, taking date nights with his wife, hunting, camping, wakesurfing, watching Baylor Bear football, catching baseball games (Go Astros!), and Camp Gladiator.
