EXPERTISE          

Cathey has over 40 years of experience in commercial property management for retail strip centers, office buildings, industrial parks and flex-space types of properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth areas.  She is part of our team and oversees a portfolio of local properties assisting with a full range of day-to-day operations including but not limited to negotiating contracts services, annual reconciliations/escalations and budget preparation.

Cathey worked with major DFW management firms such as Lincoln Property Company, Weitzman Group, The Retail Connection/Connected Management, Holt Lunsford Commercial and Henry S. Miller in managing both owner/operated and third-party management contracts throughout her tenure in DFW.  Portfolios have ranged in size from neighborhood retail strip centers of <100,000sf to industrial parks >2,500,000sf.  Cathey has earned a reputation for providing excellent customer services to tenants, outside vendors and owners and through years of her experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team in this area.
