Jill Bayne

Jill M. Bayne is Director at Vision Commercial Real Estate. Jill’s responsibilities include the sales, marketing and leasing of professional office and medical buildings, retail properties, and showroom warehouse properties.  Ms. Bayne has 30 years’ experience with income-producing properties. She has successfully represented a multitude of clients in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial property on all levels, including the sales, leasing, asset management, site selection, and marketing efforts.  Her knowledge of markets, mixed with tenacity and dedication, has been a significant factor in her ability to successfully negotiate transactions for her clients.

She enjoys specializing in the medical, dental, and professional office sectors of commercial real estate utilizing her skills to increase the income and performance of these properties for their owners. She uses a hands-on approach in supporting tenants in all stages of the leasing and renewal process. From the time she first personally shows a building, Jill presents ideas with potential floorplans that she has often developed to assist the prospects in visualizing their new lease premises. Benefiting from her 15 years’ experience with medical practices, tenants looking for efficient layouts for time management, a critical factor in today’s medical practices, welcome her knowledge.  Tenant improvement costs are lowered with her involvement and suggestions on efficient layouts, buildout options and materials, and plumbing placement that add value to the buildings.  Realizing the importance of her prospects’ limited time and demanding schedules, her involvement gains their trust and makes the busy professionals comfortable to move ahead and sign leases.  By staying involved with her tenants’ renewals and expansions, Jill adds additional value to her buildings by carefully reviewing current leases, spreading-out lease term rollovers, adjustments and increases in rental rates.

Ms. Bayne acquired a strong academic and practical understanding of economics, business and real estate from the University of Texas, Arlington where she graduated cum laude with a master’s degree, majoring in Finance and Minors in Real Estate and Economics.
