Mauricio Robles serves as an Associate at Vision Commercial, focusing primarily on Leasing and Acquisition/Disposition services for retail and industrial properties.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2018, Mauricio has held roles in both brokerage and on the principal side. Prior to joining Vision Commercial, he was a member of the acquisitions team at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., where he was involved in acquiring over $1.1 billion worth of single-tenant net lease assets.

He graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Economics and Real Estate. Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and actively participates in various local real estate organizations.
